Parent Support Group
Starts September 2025!
Cost: $75/session, members are asked to attend all meetings
Meeting every other Tuesdays for 90 minutes beginning at 12pm PST.
Open to families nationally.
What if it all works out:
An online support group for adults living with Anxiety, OCD & Specific Phobias!
Every other Wednesday at 5 - 6:15 pm
$65 per meeting using IvyPay (out-of-pocket expense, NO superbills)
All participants are screened by facilitator.

SPACE Group
Starts March 6th and meets every other Thursdays at 5pm
This is an educational group for parents of children ages 4-12 experiencing big emotions like anxiety and can be appropriately used to treat OCD. This curriculum helps parents learn about anxiety and make positive changes in response to the child’s symptoms.
Over 12 meetings we’ll go over a step by step process to improve your relationship with your child and your child’s big emotions!
Group is $60/session private pay and meetings are online.
